  9. Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow, providing guidance and support to other teams and departments.
  10. Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners to integrate new technologies and solutions into the ServiceNow platform.
  11. Stay updated on the latest developments and updates in ServiceNow and share knowledge and best practices with the team.
  12. Provide leadership and mentorship to other team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  13. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the ServiceNow platform and drive innovation within the organization.
  15. Represent the organization and its values while interacting with clients, vendors, and industry professionals.

  • Experience With Servicenow: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Working With Servicenow, Preferably In A Product Owner Role.
