- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends, and use this information to inform product roadmap and development.
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, market demands, and competitive landscape.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and incorporate feedback, ensuring that the product meets the needs of both internal and external customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry experts to stay informed on emerging technologies and best practices in IAM.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, including key metrics and KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and ongoing maintenance, including defining timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Ensure the security and compliance of all IAM products, in alignment with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers and other professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and advancements in identity and access management, and use this knowledge to drive product innovation and improvement.
- Represent Bank of America in industry forums and events, showcasing our IAM capabilities and thought leadership.
Strong Understanding Of Identity And Access Management (Iam) Principles And Technologies, Including Experience With Iam Solutions Such As Active Directory, Ldap, And Sso.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Complex Iam Projects, Including Experience With Large-Scale Iam Implementations And Integrations.
Extensive Knowledge Of Regulatory Compliance Requirements And Industry Standards Related To Iam, Such As Gdpr, Pci Dss, And Nist.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Iam Strategies And Roadmaps To Align With Business Goals And Objectives.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
