  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive Privileged Identity & Access Management (PAM) strategy for the organization.
  2. Establish and implement governance practices, policies, and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of privileged access within the company.
  3. Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities in the PAM system.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure PAM policies and procedures align with overall cybersecurity goals and objectives.
  5. Monitor and analyze PAM systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.
  6. Train and educate employees on proper PAM protocols and best practices to ensure compliance with company policies.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in PAM and cybersecurity to proactively identify and address potential risks.
  8. Work closely with IT and security teams to identify and resolve any PAM-related issues or incidents.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of PAM tools and technologies.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of PAM initiatives and any potential risks or threats.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Pam Tools And Technologies: A Pam Strategy And Governance Analyst At Bank Of America Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Pam Tools And Technologies, Such As Privileged Access Management Systems, Multi-Factor Authentication, And Identity Governance.

  • Experience In Risk Management And Compliance: The Role Requires A Candidate With Experience In Risk Management And Compliance, Particularly In The Financial Services Industry. Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Compliance Frameworks, Such As Sox, Pci Dss, And Gdpr, Is Essential.

  • Understanding Of Iam Principles: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Identity And Access Management (Iam) Principles, Including Authentication, Authorization, And Identity Lifecycle Management. This Knowledge Is Crucial In Developing And Implementing Effective Pam Strategies.
