  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients by providing exceptional customer service and personalized financial solutions.
  2. Conduct thorough financial analysis and use knowledge of various financial products to make recommendations to clients.
  3. Proactively identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and increase revenue through cross-selling and upselling of Bank of America products and services.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in the financial market to effectively advise clients.
  5. Collaborate with other team members, such as wealth management advisors and portfolio managers, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  6. Effectively communicate complex financial information to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  7. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the bank.
  8. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all compliance and regulatory requirements.
  9. Continuously strive to enhance the client experience and contribute to the success of the team and the bank.
  10. Attend trainings, seminars, and conferences to stay informed and maintain professional development.
  11. Represent Bank of America in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  12. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Bank of America's products and services and effectively educate clients on their benefits.
  13. Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients, building long-lasting relationships.
  14. Take ownership of client inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  15. Collaborate with internal departments, such as operations and risk management, to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With High Net Worth Clients.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Financial Services, Preferably In A Client-Facing Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Investment Products And Services, Including Wealth Management, Retirement Planning, And Risk Management.

  • Finra Series 7 And 66 Licenses, Or The Ability To Obtain These Licenses Within A Specified Timeframe.
