- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients by providing exceptional customer service and personalized financial solutions.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and use knowledge of various financial products to make recommendations to clients.
- Proactively identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and increase revenue through cross-selling and upselling of Bank of America products and services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in the financial market to effectively advise clients.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as wealth management advisors and portfolio managers, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Effectively communicate complex financial information to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the bank.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously strive to enhance the client experience and contribute to the success of the team and the bank.
- Attend trainings, seminars, and conferences to stay informed and maintain professional development.
- Represent Bank of America in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Bank of America's products and services and effectively educate clients on their benefits.
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients, building long-lasting relationships.
- Take ownership of client inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as operations and risk management, to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With High Net Worth Clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Financial Services, Preferably In A Client-Facing Role.
Strong Understanding Of Investment Products And Services, Including Wealth Management, Retirement Planning, And Risk Management.
Finra Series 7 And 66 Licenses, Or The Ability To Obtain These Licenses Within A Specified Timeframe.
