  1. Provide administrative support to the private banking team, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and responding to emails and phone calls.
  2. Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive client information.
  3. Prepare and submit client account paperwork and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  4. Keep detailed and organized records of client interactions and transactions.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for clients.
  6. Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory, and place orders when necessary.
  7. Coordinate and arrange travel arrangements for team members.
  8. Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials and client communications.
  9. Conduct research and gather information as needed for client meetings and presentations.
  10. Assist with event planning and coordination for client events and seminars.
  11. Act as a liaison between the private banking team and other departments within the bank.
  12. Continuously strive to improve and streamline administrative processes to increase efficiency.
  13. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  14. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Bank of America, representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
