- Provide administrative support to Private Bankers, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner, both in person and over the phone.
- Maintain client records and files accurately and confidentially, in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for client meetings and presentations.
- Assist with account openings, closings, and transfers as needed.
- Process and track client transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Wealth Management and Operations, to ensure timely and accurate completion of client requests.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services, as well as industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and provide suggestions to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to effectively support Private Bankers and clients.
- Uphold the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive client information.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.

Knowledge Of Banking And Financial Services: A Private Bank Administrative Assistant Should Have A Good Understanding Of Banking And Financial Services. This Includes Knowledge Of Different Types Of Accounts, Investment Products, And Procedures For Opening And Managing Accounts.
