  1. Provide administrative support to high net-worth clients, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining client files.
  2. Assist with the preparation and submission of financial documents and reports.
  3. Coordinate and manage client events and meetings, including arranging logistics and ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
  4. Serve as a liaison between clients and the Private Banking team, responding to inquiries and providing timely and accurate information.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of the banking industry, including products, services, and processes, in order to effectively support clients and the team.
  6. Uphold a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive client information.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless and efficient delivery of services to clients.
  8. Proactively identify and address any client needs or concerns, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
  9. Assist with special projects and assignments as needed by the Private Banking team.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to effectively communicate relevant information to clients and the team.
