Job Description

We are looking for a talented, motivated Performance Management Oversight Lead to join our team and help us continue to lead the industry in customer satisfaction. The Performance Management Oversight Lead will be responsible for setting and implementing performance management strategies for the bank's teams and processes. They will oversee the development of performance metrics, review business objectives, and analyze and report on performance results. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify and address potential risks.We are looking for someone with:• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field • A minimum of five years of experience in performance management• Proven ability to lead projects, set goals, and make decisions• An understanding of industry regulations and compliance• Strong organizational and time management skills• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and analytical toolsIf you have a passion for performance management and want to be part of a team making a difference, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities for Performance Management Oversight Lead:

  1. Develop performance metrics for teams and processes in order to measure performance.
  2. Establish and implement performance management strategies across the bank.
  3. Monitor performance results, analyze data, and report on performance.
  4. Lead projects and set goals to ensure that performance objectives are met.
  5. Monitor industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure adherence.
  6. Work closely with other departments and personnel to ensure efficient performance management.
  7. Address potential risks and devise strategies to mitigate them.
  8. Utilize Microsoft Office suite and analytical tools to assess performance.
  9. Provide guidance and support to team members in order to achieve performance goals.
  10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in performance management.
