Job Description

Gather and prepare stakeholder material for the programs and organizational health. Ensure programs and organizational health are compliant with bank standards and policies. Document processes and procedures specific to the operational health of the organization. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to create, analyze, and improve processes and solutions. Create, maintain and present organizational and program materials for use by the senior leadership team and managers of teams. Plan, write, and edit internal and external communications content for multiple senior executives and team leads. Create a strategic plan and calendar for communications for the senior executives of the Payments and Merchant Technology. Identify emerging topics and develop proactive plans to communicate with stakeholders. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communications.

Job Qualifications
  • 2 years of related experience

  • Ability to work independently, multi–task, manage time wisely, handle confidential and sensitive material with highest degree of integrity.

  • SharePoint design and development experience a plus

  • Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership
