Strong Knowledge Of Banking Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Banking Operations, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Or Team Lead Role.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team Effectively.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Banking Software, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Make Strategic Decisions Based On Performance Metrics.
