Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Banking Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Banking Operations, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Or Team Lead Role.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team Effectively.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Banking Software, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Make Strategic Decisions Based On Performance Metrics.
