
Operations Analyst
Relevant BA/BS degree required and/or previous experience working in a financial institution in an Operations environment supporting FX or Derivative products. Technical Skills: Microsoft Suite with an emphasis on Excel. Demonstrate attention to detail and give outstanding customer service Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence across the organization Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage workload through fluctuating peak volume periods. Multi task whilst under pressure with various deliveries. Self-motivated and able to thrive independently or with a team towards a common goal. Background in dealing with internal /external clients. Ability to learn and develop in a fast paced, high volume environment Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret large amounts of information.
