  1. Process and reconcile payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Monitor and report on daily payment activity.
  3. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in payment processing.
  4. Communicate with clients to ensure timely and accurate processing of their payments.
  5. Develop and maintain strong knowledge of payment systems, regulations, and procedures.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to improve payment processes and identify areas for efficiency.
  7. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding payment inquiries and concerns.
  9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and compliance standards.
  10. Participate in training and development opportunities to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of payment operations.
  12. Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of payment transactions.
  13. Support management in creating and maintaining reports on payment activity and performance.
  14. Respond to escalated payment issues and provide solutions to resolve them.
  15. Collaborate with team members to ensure all payments are processed within established service level agreements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Payment Operations Or Banking Operations.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Payment Processing Systems And Regulations (E.g. Ach, Wire Transfers, Swift).

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Under Pressure And Meet Tight Deadlines.
