- Provide legal advice and counsel to Bank of America on all aspects of municipal finance transactions.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Draft and review legal documents and contracts related to municipal finance transactions.
- Represent the bank in negotiations and discussions with clients, government agencies, and other parties involved in municipal finance deals.
- Collaborate with other members of the legal team and internal departments to ensure consistency and accuracy in legal advice and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in laws and regulations related to municipal finance.
- Manage a high volume of complex transactions and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Provide guidance and training to junior attorneys and legal staff on municipal finance matters.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful and efficient completion of transactions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and communications.
Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School.
Admission To The State Bar And In Good Standing.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Municipal Finance Law, Preferably At A Top Law Firm Or Financial Institution.
Strong Understanding Of Municipal Securities Laws And Regulations, Including Sec Rules And Regulations.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Work Independently And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
