Job Description

This Intake Analyst role will be aligned to Merchant Services Technology in Client Facing Platforms Technology. Ensuring Intake requests are for funded work and that requests meet key criteria/level of detail to allow for proper impact assessment and sizing to be done. Working with technology teams (service providers included) to gather work estimates. Effectively communicate with Execs, managers, peers and LOB partners on status of intake efforts and estimates. Build reporting and documentation down to financial budget level for scope of projects and impacts (at AIT level) and burn rate.

Job Qualifications

  • Understanding of Waterfall and Agile SDLC methodologies

  • Previous experience with Bank of America end to end project management or direct Agile Intake experience

  • Background in Finance

  • 3+ years of related experience
