In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and optimizing the bank's merchant portfolio, ensuring a seamless implementation process for new merchants. Join our dynamic team and utilize your skills to help drive the success of our merchant services division.

  1. Manage and optimize Bank of America's merchant portfolio to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for merchant acquisition and retention.
  3. Conduct in-depth analysis of merchant data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  4. Use strong analytical skills to develop insights and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth and profitability.
  5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to the merchant portfolio, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  6. Work closely with the merchant services division to ensure a seamless implementation process for new merchants, providing support and guidance as needed.
  7. Continuously evaluate and update processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of merchant portfolio management.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert on merchant portfolio management, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  9. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including merchants, to ensure a positive and successful partnership.
  10. Uphold Bank of America's values and standards of excellence in all interactions and tasks.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Merchant Portfolio Analysis Or Implementation At A Financial Institution

  • Strong Understanding Of Merchant Payment Processing And Industry Trends

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting, With Knowledge Of Sql And Excel

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
