  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, making them feel welcomed and valued at Bank of America.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
  3. Participate in the Advisor Development Program, actively learning and applying financial knowledge and skills to become a successful financial advisor.
  4. Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and superiors to provide updates, discuss strategies, and address any concerns or issues.
  5. Utilize various tools and resources to analyze client portfolios and provide personalized financial advice and solutions.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient work environment, promoting teamwork and a positive company culture.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date financial guidance to clients.
  8. Take ownership of personal and team performance, setting and achieving goals to continuously improve and grow within the company.
  9. Demonstrate leadership by motivating and coaching junior advisors, sharing knowledge and best practices, and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
  10. Embrace diversity and inclusivity, treating all clients and colleagues with respect and empathy.

Job Qualifications
