1. Ensure excellent customer experience in the assigned Financial Center.
2. Manage, train, and develop staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and skilled in customer service, banking products and services.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
4. Monitor and manage daily operations of the Financial Center.
5. Implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Ensure compliance with all applicable banking regulations and laws.
7. Develop and maintain accurate records, reports, and other documents.
8. Monitor and analyze performance metrics for the Financial Center.
9. Coordinate with other departments at Bank of America to ensure seamless customer service.
