Job Description

At Bank of America, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Market Financial Center Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the financial services industry and a proven track record of managing people, processes, and operations. They should have excellent customer service, sales, and marketing skills and an ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and sales.
  2. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas of improvement.
  3. Manage and oversee a team of financial professionals.
  4. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
  6. Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
  7. Prepare and present reports to senior management on financial performance.
  8. Lead the team in meeting performance goals and objectives.
  9. Train and mentor team members on financial services products and services.
  10. Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees.
