- Develop and drive strategic initiatives to support the growth and success of the Global Banking and Markets division.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and identify areas for improvement in business processes and operations.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision making.
- Utilize project management skills to effectively plan and execute initiatives within designated timelines and budget constraints.
- Communicate and present strategic plans and progress updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a team of business analysts to identify business needs and implement solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, making adjustments as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate business strategies.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In A Business Strategy Or Initiatives Management Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Banking Products, Services, And Operations.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Driving Business Results.
Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Information To Senior Leadership.
