  1. Provide administrative support to the investment banking division, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  2. Maintain and organize confidential client information and financial documents.
  3. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders through email, phone, and in-person meetings.
  4. Assist with the preparation and distribution of presentation materials and reports.
  5. Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports for team members.
  6. Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and in working condition.
  7. Act as a liaison between the investment banking division and other departments within the company.
  8. Assist with special projects and tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  9. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Uphold a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  11. Proactively identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity within the team.
  12. Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude, contributing to a supportive and inclusive work environment.
