  1. Develop and implement information security policies, procedures, and standards to protect the organization's sensitive information.
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security threats and ensure that appropriate measures are in place to mitigate them.
  3. Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to identify and respond to potential security breaches.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls and measures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and threats, and recommend and implement proactive measures to prevent them.
  6. Conduct security awareness training for employees to promote a culture of security and ensure compliance with security policies.
  7. Manage relationships with external security vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and resources in protecting the organization's information assets.
  8. Participate in incident response and recovery efforts, including conducting post-incident analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  9. Conduct regular audits and reviews of the organization's information security practices and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  10. Communicate security risks and incidents to senior management and provide recommendations for remediation.
  11. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other teams within the organization on information security best practices.
  12. Maintain documentation of security policies, procedures, and controls, and ensure they are regularly reviewed and updated.
  13. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure that the organization's information security practices are in line with regulatory requirements.
  14. Continuously monitor and analyze security metrics to track the effectiveness of security measures and identify areas for improvement.
  15. Mentor and train junior members of the information security team, and provide guidance and support to other departments on security-related matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Information Security, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Industry.

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp) Or Other Relevant Certification.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards Such As Pci-Dss, Glba, And Iso 27001.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Information Security Policies, Procedures, And Controls.
