Job Description

Home Equity Lending Specialists (HE LS) work in one of our national inbound contact centers. HE LSs will spend the majority of their time on inbound client calls uncovering their home equity lending needs. HE LSs will structure loan solutions for their clients by leveraging defined processes and tools. They will also be responsible for retaining current home equity clients who are nearing their end of draw period or requesting a payoff through home equity loan servicing. The HE LSs will also recommend additional Bank of America products through partner referrals.

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience

  • Thorough knowledge of mortgage products and programs

  • Experience analyzing complex financial and credit data used to advise clients of product/pricing policies and guidelines

  • Knowledge of processing, underwriting, and closing procedures, and federal lending regulations governing real estate lending

  • Ability to work under pressure during high volume periods
