- Oversee the successful implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives within Bank of America.
- Lead and manage a team responsible for implementing IAM projects and programs.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for IAM initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of IAM projects.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to IAM implementation.
- Develop and implement best practices for IAM processes and procedures.

In-Depth Knowledge Of Identity And Access Management (Iam) Systems And Processes: The Candidate Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of Iam Systems, Including Their Architecture, Functionalities, And Best Practices. They Should Also Have Experience In Implementing Iam Solutions In A Large Organization.
Project Management Skills: The Candidate Must Have Proven Experience In Leading Complex Iam Projects And Programs, From Planning To Execution And Delivery. They Should Be Able To Effectively Manage Resources, Timelines, And Budgets To Ensure Successful Project Completion.
Strong Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: As A Lead For Iam Implementation, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Various Stakeholders, Including Business Leaders, It Teams, And External Vendors. Therefore, They Must Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Manage Relationships And Expectations.
