  1. Oversee the successful implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives within Bank of America.
  2. Lead and manage a team responsible for implementing IAM projects and programs.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for IAM initiatives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of IAM projects.
  5. Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to IAM implementation.
  6. Develop and implement best practices for IAM processes and procedures.
  7. Drive adoption of IAM best practices throughout the organization.
  8. Provide regular updates and reports on the progress and status of IAM initiatives to key stakeholders and leadership.
  9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to IAM.
  10. Manage relationships with vendors and external partners involved in IAM implementation.
  11. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in IAM technology to inform decision making and drive innovation within the organization.
  12. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Identity And Access Management (Iam) Systems And Processes: The Candidate Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of Iam Systems, Including Their Architecture, Functionalities, And Best Practices. They Should Also Have Experience In Implementing Iam Solutions In A Large Organization.

  • Project Management Skills: The Candidate Must Have Proven Experience In Leading Complex Iam Projects And Programs, From Planning To Execution And Delivery. They Should Be Able To Effectively Manage Resources, Timelines, And Budgets To Ensure Successful Project Completion.

  • Strong Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: As A Lead For Iam Implementation, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Various Stakeholders, Including Business Leaders, It Teams, And External Vendors. Therefore, They Must Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Manage Relationships And Expectations.

  • Risk And Compliance Knowledge: In The Banking Industry, Security And Compliance Are Critical Considerations. The Candidate Must Have A Good Understanding Of Risk Management And Compliance Requirements Related To Iam, Such As Regulatory Compliance, Data Privacy, And Data Security.

  • Leadership And Team Management Experience: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Iam Professionals, Including Architects, Engineers, And Analysts. They Should Also Be Able To Foster A Collaborative And Inclusive Work Culture To Drive Successful Project Outcomes.
