- Develop and implement human resources strategies and policies that align with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and offboarding.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on human resources matters, providing guidance and recommendations on best practices and potential risks.
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing mentorship, coaching, and support to ensure their success and development.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
