- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall goals and objectives of the Investment Banking team.
- Act as a strategic partner to the Investment Banking team, providing HR guidance and support to help achieve business objectives.
- Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the Investment Banking team has a competitive edge in attracting and retaining top talent.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address any potential HR issues or challenges within the Investment Banking team.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including budgeting, staffing, and performance management of HR team members.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, and keep policies and procedures up-to-date.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to employees and managers, providing guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and career development.
- Continuously monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
5+ Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In The Investment Banking Or Financial Services Industry.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Negotiation Skills.
Experience In Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, And Employee Relations Within A Fast-Paced And Demanding Environment.
