
Human Resources Manager - Investment Banking

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall goals and objectives of the Investment Banking division.
- Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Partner with business leaders to identify and address talent gaps, succession planning, and career development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including but not limited to employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, promoting a culture of inclusion and diversity.
- Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Oversee the performance appraisal process and provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to implement company-wide HR initiatives and programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR practices within the Investment Banking division.
- Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
- Manage and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and manage the HR budget for the Investment Banking division.
- Act as a liaison between employees and senior management, effectively communicating HR-related updates and changes.
- Represent the company in various HR-related events and forums.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
5+ Years Of Experience In Human Resources Management, Preferably In The Investment Banking Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Particularly Related To The Financial Services Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Individuals At All Levels Of The Organization.
Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies And Initiatives, Including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, And Employee Development Programs.
