- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to support the investment banking division and overall business goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand and address recruitment needs for the division.
- Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a highly competitive market.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making job offers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
- Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Develop and implement onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Partner with managers to identify training and development needs for employees within the division.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Manage employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Handle employee complaints, disputes, and disciplinary actions in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide proactive HR solutions.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to share best practices and ensure consistency across the organization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports for the division.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With At Least 2 Years In A Managerial Role.
Thorough Understanding Of Investment Banking Industry And Its Unique Hr Needs.
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Federal And State Labor Laws.
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Interpersonal Skills With A Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
