  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall goals and objectives of the Investment Banking team.
  2. Partner with senior leadership to understand the business needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
  3. Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and career development.
  4. Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract and retain top talent for the Investment Banking team.
  5. Conduct training and development programs to support the ongoing growth and development of employees.
  6. Manage the performance evaluation process and provide recommendations for performance improvement and career development.
  7. Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  8. Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the Investment Banking team.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the HR function is aligned with the changing needs of the financial industry.
  11. Oversee the administration of employee benefits and compensation plans.
  12. Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  13. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
  14. Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  15. Participate in company-wide HR initiatives and projects as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In The Investment Banking Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Leadership Skills.

  • Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing And Developing A Team Of Hr Professionals.
