Governance & Controls Manager

Oversee and manage the process around Refresh controls for annual population management & Client closure approach, including sales reviews and client notification timelines. Cross Functional collaboration with teams including GBAM Sales teams, Refresh Operations, GFC and Technology. You will be instrumental in formulating ideas and developing processes around population management & client closures. Manage submission of entity restrictions and closures to GBAM Operations. Manage and resolve entity escalations on closures for Banking and Markets received by GB & GM Front office and outreach teams. Demonstrate leadership by ability to attract, assess, develop, motivate and retain a small team as well as act as an individual contributor.
