  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the renewable energy credit portfolio in line with the bank's overall sustainability goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct in-depth analysis of the renewable energy market and identify potential investment opportunities for the bank.
  3. Evaluate credit risks associated with renewable energy projects and make recommendations for loan approvals or rejections based on sound credit principles.
  4. Monitor and manage existing credit relationships with renewable energy clients, ensuring compliance with financial covenants and timely repayment of loans.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, risk management, and underwriting to ensure credit decisions are in line with the bank's policies and procedures.
  6. Stay updated with industry trends and developments in renewable energy technology, regulations, and financing methods.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry experts, and other stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and strengthen the bank's presence in the renewable energy market.
  8. Mentor and guide junior credit portfolio managers on best practices and provide training as needed.
  9. Prepare and present regular reports on the performance of the renewable energy credit portfolio to senior management.
  10. Represent the bank at industry events and conferences to promote the bank's renewable energy initiatives and expand its network.
  11. Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop and implement effective strategies to market the bank's renewable energy offerings to clients and the public.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to renewable energy financing.
  13. Demonstrate a strong commitment to the bank's sustainability goals and actively participate in initiatives to promote a greener future.
  14. Continuously improve and streamline credit processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness in managing the renewable energy credit portfolio.
