- Oversee and manage all aspects of global regulatory reporting observation management for Bank of America.

Strong Leadership Skills: As The Global Regulatory Reporting Observation Management Lead, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Regulatory Compliance Professionals. Therefore, They Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Guide Team Members, As Well As Effectively Delegate Tasks.
Experience In Risk Management And Control: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Risk Management And Control, With A Focus On Regulatory Compliance.
