- Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies for Bank of America's global markets operations.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential risks and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and developments to proactively identify potential risks and recommend appropriate risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with various teams across the organization, including traders, analysts, and senior management, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of market risks.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulators and industry associations, to stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain risk management tools, models, and processes to accurately measure and monitor risks.

- Prepare and present risk management reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
- Stay updated on industry developments and changes in regulatory requirements to ensure Bank of America's risk management practices are in compliance.
- Foster a culture of risk awareness and promote a proactive approach to risk management across the organization.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to implement new risk management strategies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other risk management teams within the organization to ensure a holistic approach to risk management.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of risk management activities and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all risk management activities.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets And Products, Including Fixed Income, Equities, And Derivatives.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, Preferably In A Global Markets Or Investment Banking Setting.
Experience With Risk Management Tools And Methodologies, Such As Stress Testing, Scenario Analysis, And Var.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Identify Potential Risks.
