- Develop and implement operational control processes and procedures for the global markets business
- Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within the global markets operations and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of operational processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Lead a team of control analysts to monitor and assess operational risks and control effectiveness
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify control gaps and implement corrective actions
- Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in regulatory requirements related to operational controls and risk management
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on the status of operational controls and risk management efforts
- Train and educate employees on operational control processes and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures
- Foster a culture of risk awareness and accountability within the global markets business
- Work closely with technology teams to implement and enhance automated controls and monitoring tools
- Continuously evaluate and improve operational control processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Services, With A Focus On Global Markets Operations
Strong Understanding Of Risk Management And Control Processes
