Job Description

Lead efforts to develop strategies and programming that support increased brand recognition, client engagement, favorability and competitive positioning. Lead selective internal marketing campaigns to increase employee awareness of the A&C programs. Act as point of integration, connecting across the enterprise, to ensure maximum exposure and use across targeted audiences. Gather and understand key learnings and metrics to analyze effectiveness of programs and adjust as necessary. Responsible for the results of marketing and CX strategy. Drive and motivate our teams by providing clear vision and communication, leadership, coaching, mentoring, instruction, review and oversight of their work. Oversight and responsibility for operational components of marketing & CX, including legal, compliance, brand review, vendor management, audit requirements, risk requirements, etc.

  • Must have B2B marketing and/or digital engagement knowledge and experience - planning, developing and evaluating campaigns and programs

  • Must have understanding of the Arts & Culture space

  • Must have understanding of Global Banking, Global Markets, Wealth, Small Business, Consumer and Enterprise strategy

  • Must be able to thrive in a matrixed organization.
