  1. Conduct thorough analysis and investigations to identify and mitigate risks related to economic sanctions across all global operations of Bank of America.
  2. Stay current with global regulatory landscape and update internal policies and procedures accordingly.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, and risk management to implement effective risk management strategies.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

  6. Monitor and assess potential sanctions violations and escalate issues as needed.
  7. Develop and maintain accurate records and documentation related to economic sanctions compliance.

  9. Stay informed of industry best practices and utilize them to continuously improve the organization's approach to financial crimes and sanctions compliance.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to colleagues and stakeholders on economic sanctions related matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of International Regulations: A Global Financial Crimes Specialist At Bank Of America Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Global Economic Sanctions Laws And Regulations, Including Those Imposed By The United Nations, European Union, And Other Relevant Bodies.
