  1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to support the growth and success of the Global Corporate Banking division.
  2. Collaborate with various teams within the organization, including senior leadership, to identify and address operational challenges and develop solutions.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform decision-making and drive business improvements.
  4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the division's progress and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Coordinate and lead cross-functional projects to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the division.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
  7. Support the COO in developing and executing the division's long-term vision and goals.
  8. Provide support and guidance to other team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  9. Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the division remains competitive and compliant.
  10. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including presenting to senior leadership and representing the division in various meetings and events.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Banking Or Financial Services Environment.

  • Experience In Operations, Project Management, And/Or Process Improvement.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Analytical Skills.
