Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Retail Banking Or Financial Management.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Products And Services Offered By Bank Of America.
