Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Services, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.
Fluent In Spanish, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Spanish-Speaking Clients.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Products And Services, Including Banking, Lending, And Investment Products.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales And Performance Goals, As Well As Effectively Managing A Team To Do The Same.
