  1. Oversee the daily operations of the financial center, ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  2. Ensure that all customer interactions are handled with the highest level of professionalism and provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Manage and lead a team of financial center associates, providing guidance, support, and training to help them meet performance goals and deliver excellent customer service.

  9. Act as a liaison between the financial center and other departments, providing updates and information as needed.
  10. Utilize your knowledge and experience in the financial industry to provide guidance and support to customers and team members.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and changes to ensure the financial center remains competitive and serves the needs of our clients.
  12. Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations, providing feedback and coaching to help team members grow and develop in their roles.
  13. Maintain accurate records and reports related to financial center operations and performance.
  14. Handle any escalated customer issues or complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
  15. Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the organization.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Banking Or Financial Services, With At Least 2 Years In A Management Role

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales And Revenue Targets, As Well As Managing And Developing A Team
