  1. Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the financial center, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and customer service.
  2. Provide support to the Financial Center Manager in achieving sales and service goals.
  3. Utilize financial knowledge and expertise to assist customers with their financial needs and goals.
  4. Coach and develop team members to ensure a high level of customer service and sales performance.
  5. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  6. Maintain a thorough understanding of banking products, services, and procedures to effectively assist customers.
  7. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies.
  8. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the bank to achieve overall business objectives.
  10. Monitor and report on financial center performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations to customers.
  13. Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their financial knowledge and sales skills.
  14. Act as a role model for team members by demonstrating exceptional customer service and professionalism.
  15. Assist with other duties and projects as assigned by the Financial Center Manager.
