- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within the bank to achieve overall business objectives.
- Monitor and report on financial center performance and make recommendations for improvements.

- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their financial knowledge and sales skills.

Excellent Customer Service And Sales Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field

Previous Experience In Retail Banking Or Financial Services Industry
