  1. Assist in managing the daily operations of the financial center, including but not limited to, opening and closing procedures, cash management, and customer service.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Support the financial center manager in achieving sales goals by cross-selling products and services to customers and promoting a positive customer experience.
  4. Train, coach, and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and meet performance expectations.
  5. Monitor and analyze financial center performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
  6. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
  7. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the bank to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
  8. Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of team members to maintain a strong and capable workforce.
  9. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and consistency in all financial transactions and records.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development and actively contribute to the overall success of the financial center and the bank.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Banking Products And Services, Including Loans, Investments, And Credit Cards.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Banking Or Financial Services, With At Least 1 Year In A Supervisory Or Management Role.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Customers And Team Members.

  • Proven Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Drive Results In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
