
Financial Center Assistant Manager

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by building and maintaining positive relationships.
- Assist in managing and overseeing the daily operations of the financial center, including opening and closing procedures, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of financial products and services offered by the bank, and be able to effectively communicate and educate clients on these offerings.
- Lead and motivate a team of bank associates to achieve individual and team goals.
- Coach and train team members on best practices for delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
- Assist in identifying and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue for the financial center.
- Collaborate with other departments within the bank to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in banking regulations and procedures.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all financial center operations are in compliance with banking regulations and company policies.
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training new team members.
- Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Products And Services Offered By Bank Of America.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Goals And Providing Exceptional Customer Service.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Banking Or Financial Services Environment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team.
