Job Description

As a Financial Center Assistant Manager at Bank of America, you will serve as a leader in our Financial Centers by ensuring a positive customer experience. You must have a passion for customer service and be able to take the initiative to provide an optimal banking experience for our customers. The ideal candidate for this position should demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, as well as prior banking experience and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as a leader in our Financial Centers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  2. Demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  3. Provide an optimal banking experience for our customers.
  4. Maintain a commitment to excellent customer service.
  5. Utilize prior banking experience to help facilitate customer needs.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Manage staff in the Financial Center to ensure proper and efficient customer service.
  8. Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
  9. Monitor financial center compliance with banking regulations.
  10. Help create a positive work environment for staff.
