
Financial Center Assistant Manager

As the Financial Center Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the financial center and its staff, while providing excellent customer service.The ideal candidate for this role will possess at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the financial services industry, and a passion for helping customers reach their financial goals. In addition, the Financial Center Assistant Manager must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate strong problem-solving and organizational skills. We are also looking for a candidate who is a motivated self-starter and eager to take on additional responsibilities. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the financial center staff and ensure the highest quality customer service is provided.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure that every experience is a positive one.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and financial success of the center.
- Monitor and analyze financial center performance and regularly report on progress.
- Train and mentor financial center staff on customer service standards and provide support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with the Bank of America policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that the financial center is well maintained and safe for customers and staff.
- Manage daily operations and coordinate with other departments as needed.
