Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Economics Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Banking Or Financial Services Industry, Preferably In A Leadership Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Products And Services, Such As Checking And Savings Accounts, Loans, And Investments.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Team Members.
Demonstrated Leadership Abilities, Including The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team, As Well As Make Sound Decisions In A Fast-Paced Environment.
