Job Description

As a Financial Center Assistant Manager at Bank of America, you will be responsible for leading a team of Financial Center colleagues in delivering an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has a passion for customer service and can inspire others to reach their full potential. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail banking, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment. A successful Financial Center Assistant Manager will be an excellent communicator, have a passion for problem solving, and a commitment to service excellence. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of Financial Center colleagues in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  2. Ensure all customer service inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
  3. Make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Develop and coach colleagues to reach their full potential.
  5. Monitor the daily activity of the Financial Center to ensure all customer needs are met.
  6. Respond to customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Create and maintain standards of customer service excellence.
  8. Ensure compliance with Bank of America policies and procedures.
  9. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  10. Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
