  1. Assisting in the management of daily operations of the financial center, including overseeing customer transactions and ensuring efficient and accurate processes.
  2. Providing exceptional customer service by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering personalized financial solutions.
  3. Collaborating with the Financial Center Manager to set and achieve sales and service goals for the team.
  4. Supporting and coaching team members to ensure high performance and achievement of individual and team goals.
  5. Maintaining a thorough understanding of Bank of America's products and services, as well as industry trends and changes.
  6. Ensuring compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
  7. Identifying and resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Assisting with the hiring, training, and development of new team members.
  9. Assisting with the scheduling and coordination of staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations.
  10. Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products, services, and policies.
  11. Collaborating with other departments and teams within the bank to provide a seamless customer experience.
  12. Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and procedures for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  13. Acting as a role model for team members by demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a strong work ethic.
  14. Maintaining a professional and positive attitude at all times, promoting a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all customers and team members.
  15. Adhering to all security and confidentiality protocols to protect customer information and assets.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Banking Or Financial Services, With At Least 1-2 Years In A Supervisory Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Products And Services, Including Lending, Investments, And Insurance.

  • Excellent Leadership And Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team And Achieving Sales Goals.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Colleagues.
