- Assist in the daily operations of the financial center, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and customer service.
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze financial center performance, including sales and customer satisfaction, and develop strategies to improve results.
- Collaborate with the Financial Center Manager to set and achieve sales goals and targets.
- Provide support and guidance to team members in handling complex customer inquiries and complaints.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies, including risk management and security protocols.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial center operations.
- Train and onboard new team members, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing team members.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment, and promote teamwork and collaboration among team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes, and make recommendations for process improvements and innovations.
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Represent Bank of America in the community and participate in community events to promote the brand and build relationships.
- Handle any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Financial Center Manager.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Financial Services, Preferably In A Managerial Role
Strong Knowledge Of Banking Products, Services, And Regulations
Proven Leadership Abilities, Including The Ability To Train And Develop Team Members, And Manage Performance Effectively.
