  1. Assist in the daily operations of the financial center, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and customer service.
  2. Coach and mentor team members to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  3. Monitor and analyze financial center performance, including sales and customer satisfaction, and develop strategies to improve results.
  4. Collaborate with the Financial Center Manager to set and achieve sales goals and targets.
  5. Provide support and guidance to team members in handling complex customer inquiries and complaints.
  6. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies, including risk management and security protocols.
  7. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial center operations.
  8. Train and onboard new team members, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing team members.
  9. Maintain a positive and professional work environment, and promote teamwork and collaboration among team members.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and changes, and make recommendations for process improvements and innovations.
  11. Assist in creating and implementing marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
  12. Represent Bank of America in the community and participate in community events to promote the brand and build relationships.
  13. Handle any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Financial Center Manager.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Financial Services, Preferably In A Managerial Role

  • Strong Knowledge Of Banking Products, Services, And Regulations

  • Proven Leadership Abilities, Including The Ability To Train And Develop Team Members, And Manage Performance Effectively.
