Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Financial Center Assistant Manager to join the team at Bank of America! As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Financial Center Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the Financial Center. You will be a key partner in driving sales through customer service, operations, and sales activities.To succeed in this role, you should have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. You should also be able to motivate and lead a team, as well as manage and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.If you have a passion for customer service and a desire to lead a team, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Financial Center Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the Financial Center.
  2. Drive sales through customer service, operations, and sales activities.
  3. Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  4. Motivate and lead a team.
  5. Manage and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Ensure compliance with banking regulations.
  8. Create and implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and sales.
  9. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  10. Monitor customer accounts to identify and prevent potential fraudulent activities.
