Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Business Administration Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Financial Services Industry, Preferably In A Management Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Banking Products And Services, Including Loans, Investments, And Insurance.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills With The Ability To Motivate And Train Team Members.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Banking Software For Financial Analysis And Reporting.
